Today is my 4th wedding anniversary. To celebrate, and to erase the memory of yesterdays tarantula/tick fiasco, I made delicious blueberry muffins for my hubby for breakfast:
We spent the day laying in bed, basking in the warmth of our new space heater; not going downstairs or out of our bedroom as our house is 58 degrees; taking a drive and looking at fall leaves; driving to Athens and eating at Sonic (yeah we have Sonics all over, but that’s where we ended up); and when we got home, I made a big roast pork, broccoli casserole and biscuit dinner enough to feed us for a week.
The aftermath, though ugly, is always worth it. And besides, I am not going to do those dishes until tomorrow.
